We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team. We are an AAHA certified multi-doctor, full-service hospital. Saturday shifts will be required.Our operating hours are as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm. Wednesday 7:30am - 1pm. Saturday 8am- 1pm.
The Customer Service Representative/Receptionist is responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is clean and presentable at all times.Candidates must have excellent skills in the following areas: Client service, sales, communication,problem-solving and multi-tasking.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, an outgoing personality, with a desire for long term employment.
Most importantly, applicants must enjoy working as part of a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment. Computer skills with knowledge of V-Tech Software would be a plus.
