Are you looking to exceed client’s expectations with excellent customer service? Excited about working with animals and a fun team? Then look no more, we are looking for a Director of First Impressions for a full or part-time receptionist position at Healing Paws Veterinary Wellness Center.
In this role you will:
Work closely with our clients and their pets
Use a multi-line phone systems
Perform data entry
Be involved in cash processing
Schedule and prepare for appointments
To be successful in this role you will need:
Enjoy working individually and as a team with a great work ethic
To greet clients in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
Excel at communication skills
Have a commitment to excellent client service
To possess strong organizational skills
2 years’ experience working in a veterinary practice
Experience with MS Word
ImproMed software experience is preferred
Weekends and evenings will be required
