Rancocas Veterinary Associates, a mixed-animal practice located in Mount Holly, NJ, is seeking experienced veterinarians to perform canine and feline spay/neuter surgeries in a shelter setting located in Burlington County, NJ. Applicants should be comfortable performing high-quality, high-volume surgery (20-30+ procedures in a day) without supervision. This is a per-diem position with flexible hours and pay is based on procedure volume (compensation is per-procedure).
Applicants with limited availability are welcome to apply; even one surgery day monthly is a possibility for a qualified applicant. There is opportunity for more work for those who are interested.
Experience with or ability to confidently do high-volume spay/neuter is required. There is opportunity for excellent earning potential for competent spay/neuter surgeons, but this is not a good opportunity for new graduates of those with little surgical experience.
Applicants must have current, unrestricted New Jersey veterinary licensure, NJ CDS registration, and professional liability insurance.
Additional Salary Information: Pay is per-procedure at fixed rates for cat neuters, cat spays, dog neuters, and dog spays.
