Animal Emergency Care is proud to offer quality and compassionate care across every aspect of our business. We are a busy, after-hours emergency veterinary hospital. Our standards for both compassion and quality extend to patients and patient parents as well as our employees. A career at Animal Emergency Care sets you up for continued growth and expansion of knowledge.
Our hospital is unique in our approach to employment. Policies are not dictated to employees because employees aid in the creation and amendments of each and every policy outside of legal, safety, and employee benefits matters. Career development meetings are held to help our employees grow. Annual performance reviews are not a part of our culture because training is provided continuously throughout employment, and employees are coached by employees when problems occur. An employee should never feel graded and should always know how our company feels about her or his progression.
Animal Emergency Care is looking to add a new veterinarian to our already amazing team.
