Your responsibilities will include:
Oversight and support for the Gehrman leadership team
Weekly collaboration with the leadership team and hospital owners
Oversight and support for the team development program
Oversight of team “Connect & Collaborate” 1-on-1 program
Managing payroll and our PTO program
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Maintaining our AAHA accreditation
Overseeing client relations and acting as the “face of the practice” when necessary
Collaborating with department leads to manage team schedules
Managing our benefits programs
Managing business requirements such as insurance, utilities, and other recurring expenses
Overseeing maintenance and operations of our building
Organizing and managing community outreach programs
Managing the day-to-day operation of JM Veterinary Properties (building management support)
Overseeing hospital marketing and advertising efforts
Other typical veterinary management responsibilities
As Gehrman’s Hospital Administrator you’ll work closely with our hospital owners and leadership team to lead an engaged, productive team.

Multiple years of veterinary management experience

About Gehrman Animal Hospital
We are a 6 doctor small animal general practice located in Minnetonka, MN. We have been serving the families in our community by providing outstanding customer service and the high quality veterinary medicine since 1940.
We are looking to add a leader to our team of 30 in the role of a hospital administrator. The person in this position will work along side the practice owners and management team to carry out the day-to-day operations of the practice as well as improve and grow the practice moving forward.
